The hotel will assign each reunion a discounted rate code based on the total number of room nights being utilized and the time of the year. To secure a block of rooms, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Room block deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. Alternatively, the hotel can provide a toll free reservation line as well as an online reservation service that will allow guests to reserve their discounted reservations up until 24 hours in advance based on availability. There is no charge for the toll free reservation line and online booking service.
